We arrived on xx..apr.2009 at the reception desk from the Malpensa Airport ( tickets we have!). The check-in was occurred, we got the room key. So we did not cancel the room reservation with 48 clocks before it, neither after.

One day before by email and at the reception desk we asked non-smoking room, but when we went up to the room, there was terrible reek originating from smoking and others. We made a complaint promptly, but we received an answer that on a next day will be not-smoking room. We called this unacceptable and did not believed you have a non-smoking room at all.

After 30-40 minutes we announced that we don't want to remain, because the quality of the room and all of the hotel is unacceptable. By that time more thoroughly circle we were watching. The bathroom mouldy, everywhere suspicious patches, his corridors and room vomiting on carpet traces, altogether: the consistence of the room and the hotel is sleazy ,it does not strike even a 1*-standard of which can be expected from a hotel rightfully, even in Africa. Inside of your hotel is the shame of Italy.

The contract, came into existence with the booking and acknowledging you cut with  a service like that was provided, what is not equal to the conditions of getting the identical category and for the general European norms. We may have established this after the occupation of the room only.

And sorry, everybody should know: after this, hotel's management charged my bank account with the cancellation fee!!! However, they say we was not there!

I think this case was not an anomalous cancellation or "no show". We was just very unsatisfied because hotel's very low qualification and we have the right to terminate the accomodation without consequences because the service provider's mistake!
